The Story Behind Fairfax Project Services
I founded Fairfax Project Services as I saw a need in the market for first class client focused services and felt that I was in a great position to offer this.
After leaving university, I gained a strong grounding in quantity surveying services in Edinburgh and London, working for various client, consultant and contractor organisations, including Building Design Partnership (BDP) and London Underground.
In 1996, I decided to go on an adventure, which ended up lasting over 25 years, and took me to various places throughout the world. The following is a summary of my career highlights.

Fairfax Project Services was founded in August 2024. I am based in Central Scotland and am able to service projects throughout Scotland and elsewhere in the UK.
Throughout my travels and experiences, I have learned that, regardless of location, project size or complexity, it is essential to focus on developing client relationships through the provision of excellent service delivery and the building of trust.
Through Fairfax Project Services, I am committed to fulfilling this requirement and providing an excellent client experience on every project.
I am a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), a LEED Accredited Professional and have completed Passive House Tradesperson certification.
